BAVARIA scores a hattrick – hot on the heels of the CRUISER 37 and 41 comes the CRUISER 46. Like the new CRUISER line, the new CRUISER 46 was developed by BAVARIA together with two of the leading companies in the boating industry: Farr Yacht Design (USA), focused primarily on the naval architecture, and Design Unlimited (UK), responsible for both the exterior styling and interior design details.
The CRUISER 46 is available immediately from 164.900 Euros (without VAT).
Featuring the new, clean deck design and large side coachroof windows, which has proven so popular with the CRUISER 37, 41 and 56 models, the CRUISER 46 has a fresh, modern appearance. The roomy cockpit area also boasts generous amounts of space: ergonomically arranged seating bays ensure optimal comfort for all crew members, while the innovative twin wheel steering provides superb handling and all-round visibility for the skipper. The 46-foot yacht has the appropriate details for every situation on board, whether it’s the new cockpit table with clearly-visible integrated chart plotter, large hinged leaves and lamp or the expansive cockpit lockers – ensuring the crew can comfortably enjoy longer, relaxed periods at sea.
New in the cockpit is the optional Garmin 710 package, which can be integrated into the control console.
Below deck, the CRUISER 46’s interior is characterized by openness, comfort and additional space.
As seen on the other models in the CRUISER line there are rounded edges throughout the interior and plenty of solid wood. Additional hatches and the large side coachroof windows allow a maximum amount of light into the interior, making the living quarters better ventilated and even more comfortable. If longer trips are planned, or for crew meetings, there is an option to integrate the chart table into the salon table. An additional folding bench in the salon provides the required seating room. In addition, all the seat backs are now longer and offer more refined comfort.
New below deck – the convertible forward cabin
The new 2 & 3 cabin layout means that every crew member gets the space and comfort they deserve. Also the spacious master cabin has a dividing bulkhead. This bulkhead allows the 4-cabin version to be transformed into a 3-cabin version and back again as needed. Further important design solutions include the new floor concept with better access to the bilges and a new floor structure.
